• Return with gasoline at the same level provided at the start of your trip
• Empty gray and black water tanks before return
• Return fresh water tank at the same level provided
• Paved and suitable unpaved roads only — no rocky terrain, rutted tracks, or roads requiring four-wheel drive; off-road damage may not be covered by insurance and is the guest’s responsibility
• Do not deploy the awning unless there is no wind — retract immediately if wind picks up
• Air conditioner and microwave require shore power or generator — not battery alone
• Monitor battery, water, gray and black tank levels daily
• Dispersed camping outside park boundaries is permitted where not otherwise prohibited
• Contact me as soon as possible if your pickup or return schedule changes — the van has Starlink
• No smoking
• No tailgating

• Pets with prior approval only.
Penalty Fees — in addition to repair/replacement costs, are the guest’s responsibility regardless of insurance, you may be charged the following:
• Smoking, unauthorized pets, or excessive cleaning: $200 each
• Tanks not emptied or water not at provided level: $75
• Gasoline below provided level: refuel cost + $25
• Awning damage: $150
• Late pickup or return beyond one hour without communication: $100
• Wrong location without approval: $100 + $3.50/mile
• Missing or broken items: $25/item
