BaseCamper does not ship most items. Vehicles, trailers, truck campers, and most rigs are not shipped by BaseCamper. Pickup or transport is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller — commonly local pickup, or buyer-arranged vehicle transport. Timing, cost, and logistics for those items are agreed between you and the seller.

Items sold through BaseCamper's checkout. Some gear and accessories can be purchased directly on BaseCamper and ship from the vendor or brand that supplies them. For those items, processing times, carriers, shipping rates, and delivery estimates are set by the vendor and shown at checkout. Tracking, delays, and delivery issues for shipped items are handled with the vendor; contact HQ@BaseCamper.com and we'll help coordinate.

Local pickup is the norm for vehicles and large equipment. Arrange a safe, public meeting and confirm the item in person before completing payment.
