Ladder is good
Inside mattress and cover are in good and ok condition
Underside has a little bit of a beating Every clip is broken but can be fixed
Connection points are uneven but can fit almost anything with a smack with a hammer
A couple of seals on the corners are messed up but easy fix
Only slept in it 2 times but don't know about previous owner
It has held up in rain and wind and cover has held up in daily driving
