Warn winch hs9500i with remote (no winch line )

Warn winch I bought it to use and I touched up the paint put a new sticker on it and I never bother to test it . It pulls the winch line back in great but it doesn't power it back out . You can free spool it back out but not power it . IT PULLS LINE BACK IN PERFECTLY FINE BUT IT DOESNT POWER THE LINE OUT TO YOU. could be a simple fix for someone but I just don't wanna mess with it . Hs9500i. Price is obo
