This professional conversion is from Winnebago, and includes personal upgrades and renovations. It’s equipped with a RV king-sized bed that lifts out of the way to create a gear garage and storage, full kitchen, propane stove, 3-way fridge, ventilation fans, propane heater and water heater, shore powered AC unit, wet bath and plenty of overhead storage. The solar and lithium battery kit make it perfect for off-grid adventures as well as the option for an 30 amp hookup.

Rules and policies
I allow you to take the vehicle anywhere in the United States or Canada. However, I do not allow my van to be taken to Burning Man or Mexico.
I have a strict off-road policy.
Authorized drivers shall be permitted to drive on forest service roads and similar unpaved roads provided that: (1) my van is 2×4 and not intended, or allowed, to be used in a true off road setting, heavily wash boarded roads, or overgrown trails that may result in scratch damage to our vans. (2) If you are outside of the prescribed area, or are deemed to be on a non-approved road, all costs associated with towing, repair and damage to shall be borne by the renter.
(3) I (Chelsey) is the sole determinant of non-approved roads or other unapproved use of the vehicle. Shoulders, unimproved campsites, and any unpaved roads that are not forest service roads or of similar quality to forest service roads are generally non-approved roads and "use at your own risk"
