Vintage Four Wheel Camper Grandby (Late 1970s) – Lightweight Pop-Up Truck Camper

Selling my late-1970s Four Wheel Camper Grandby. These older Four Wheel Campers are known for being lightweight, durable, and incredibly capable off-road. It’s been a great camper, but unfortunately life has taken me away from the camper and it's just been sitting unused for the past year.

Features:
* Fits full-size pickup trucks (half ton or above. It had a previous life on a tacoma).
* Lightweight aluminum frame
* Pop-up roof keeps a low profile while driving
* Sleeps 2 comfortably, 4 if necessary.
* Classic Four Wheel Camper quality
* Great platform for camping, overlanding, or restoration
* 8' length, 800 lbs dry

Condition:
* Pop-up mechanism works. I've got some poles for extra support.
* Pop-up canvas has a few small tears that can be patched or left as is if you don't plan on going in rain storms (I never have).
* Roof is water tight.
* No water damage despite being 50 years old.
* Upgraded electrical with USB.
* Comes with 2-burner propane stove and kitchen sink. All work as expected.
* Comes with 200W solar. Battery not automatically included but we can chat if you'd like to buy one.
* Original ice box removed leaving room for a more modern fridge if you want to install that.
* Original water system was replaced with a DIY 10-gallon system with a galley pump. It gets the job done, but a better DIYer than I could probably improve upon it.

It’s nearly 50 years old, so it isn’t a brand-new camper, but it’s a solid vintage Four Wheel Camper that’s ready for someone to enjoy or continue improving.
