Highly communicative and accommodating. Lane is frequently praised for excellent communication, flexibility with pickup/return times, and providing helpful instructions and a detailed walkthrough. He has also offered partial refunds when issues arose and takes care of toilet disposal.
Easy and enjoyable to drive. The "Vino Van" is praised for being easy and enjoyable to drive, even for long trips, and its queen bed is consistently described as very comfortable. It is well-equipped, but some renters have noted issues with the electrical system/inverter, lack of an indoor stove, and the kitchen sink water dumping directly to the ground.
