Responsive, organized, easy experience. Matthew consistently responded quickly, ensured the van was prepared, and facilitated smooth pickups. Automated notices indicate occasional host-initiated cancellations.
Easy to drive and park. Vinny was consistently clean, drove very well, and was easy to park. It featured a comfortable bed, second-row seats for car seats, and space for a pack'n'play.
