Do you want a taste of van life? Ever wonder what it's like to wake up by the beach or in the mountains with nobody around?
You're in the right place.
Get ready to embark on an extraordinary adventure with Vanbert, your rugged yet luxurious Mercedes Benz custom-designed camper van.
Designed for weekend warriors and thrill-seekers, Vanbert is equipped with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable road trip through America's captivating landscapes.
I'm Robert, and with my dog Nibbler I've lived full time in Vanbert (I'm unoriginal with the name, I know) for months at a time.
I've lived vanlife myself, and I can say Vanbert is Perfect for trips ranging from overnighters, to 3 day weekends, up to a whole month!
**Key Features:**
Luxurious Amenities: Enjoy a full Indoor shower, Indoor toilet, kitchen, and a cozy RV queen-size bed.
Adventure-Ready - 4x4: Vanbert is built for exploring, whether you're cruising along Route 66 or tackling off-road trails, with 4x4 built in.
Comfort on the Road: Stay cozy with the onboard electronic thermostat, air conditioning, and furnace.
**The Perfect Companion for Your American Road Trip**
Imagine cruising along the legendary Route 66, passing through eight states from California to Illinois. Vanbert is not just a vehicle; it’s your home away from home, ready to add excitement and comfort to your explorations.
**Cozy and Convenient Interior**
After a long day of adventure, step inside Vanbert and unwind in the main bedroom, featuring an RV queen-size bed (50"x78") for a restful night’s sleep. Before heading out for a new day of thrills, prepare a hearty breakfast using the high-end induction stove in the fully equipped kitchen.
**All-Weather Comfort**
Vanbert's onboard electronic thermostat and air conditioning system ensure your comfort in any weather. On cooler nights, the provided space heater and plush blankets will keep you warm and cozy. The powerful Cummins Onan P4500I generator and 540 amp-hour lithium-ion battery provide the power you need, even off-grid.
**Ample Storage for All Your Gear**
Vanbert offers plenty of storage space in the trunk and on top of the vehicle, with secure storage boxes for all your gear. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or climbing equipment, you’ll have room for everything.
**Essential Amenities Checklist:**
Indoor and Outdoor Shower: Refresh yourself after a day of adventure.
Indoor Toilet: Convenient and private facilities.
LED Outdoor Lights: Perfect for off-road driving and campsite setup.
Full Kitchen: Includes an induction cooktop and a gas stove backup.
Cooking and Dining Equipment: Everything you need for meal preparation.
Basic Bath Toiletries: Provided for your convenience.
540 Amp-Hour Lithium-Ion Batteries: Solar charging for sustainable power.
3700 Watts Generator: Remotely operated for ease of use.
Air Conditioning System: Stay cool in the heat.
Rooftop Storage: Secure and spacious.
Bear Box: Safe storage for food and supplies.
**Very Important - Read This:**
Generator Use: The air conditioning, induction stove, and hot water/hot showers require the generator to be plugged in while stationary. The generator weighs approximately 98 lbs; it's manageable with a bit of muscle (fairly strong person who works out) or teamwork (2 people).
Alternative Options: If you prefer not to use the generator, you can enjoy the gas stove, cold showers, or refreshing dips in rivers and lakes. The van offers a fantastic experience even without these amenities! Many of my adventurous guests actually prefer this (as do I).
Here's a walk-thru video of Vanbert with operating instructions (how to use the generator, water/sewer hookups, etc.):

**Are You a Pet Owner?**
ME TOO! I love pets - Vanbert is pet friendly! Bring yours along, provided you don't let them on the bed and bring your own pet bed!
With electric fans that keep the Van cool for your furry friends while you're off doing a hike where they're not allowed! Trust me, I love my dog more than anything, and when I got Vanbert this was one of my biggest requirements. I love being able to enjoy trails that don't allow dogs, while knowing that Nibbler is safe in the van with all the fans running.
