You’ll be off-grid ready and fully self-contained with a 40 gallon fresh water tank, and a 600 amp hour lithium ion house battery system. Fridge is spacious. Portable kit-toilet is easy to deal with. The sink and outdoor shower have hot water.
Plush bedding, and recently upgraded built in heater and air conditioner put you in control of your comfy climate. Open floor plan makes it spacious, for a van, and the high roof gives you 174” interior standing space.
Easy to drive and park, this 2018 Dodge Ram ProMaster 2500 fits most tent camp sites. No hook-ups necessary. Packed with all the essentials from camp chairs to kitchen basics, and also plenty of storage spaces for your things too.

Pets Are Welcome (with fee)
Please select the required $75 Pet Fee in the Add Ons to bring your lovely pet. If there is pet damage, or pets brought without approval, $ will have to come out of your deposit.
Cozy Comfy Bed
Full size 6" memory foam bed with plush memory foam pillows. Fits two comfortably. For tall people, flip your sleep direction and extend the bed with couch cushions. Cozy plush bedding for a great night’s sleep: soft Otek viscose bamboo sheets. Velvet (non-Otek) duvet over a goose down comforter for ultimate fluff & temperature comfort.
Couch, Hammock, Towels
Couch pulls out into a second 7” memory foam bed, approx. Twin size but with one short end. (See photos.) Good for 1 adult, or two shorter kids. Hang Hammock to van frame for reading and relaxing. Otek fluffy towels for hand, face, and bath are included.
Water Tanks
Wash up anytime. There is a 40 gallon fresh water tank and a 40 gallon gray tank that lasts for a long time and is easy to drain and refill with a hose spigot. DC electric water pump brings hot and cold water to the little stainless steel kitchen sink.
Shower
Shower with the trees and breeze with backdoor outdoor shower. Bamboo standing platform and curtain enclosure clips to doors to give privacy and easy. On-demand hot water soothes the soul after your outdoor escapades.
Kitchen & Cooking
Prep food ahead or cook along the journey. Big fridge & freezer to store food & drinks. Two burner induction stove top. Two cabinets stocked with essential kitchen gear. Somewhat limited counter space, but a fold out kitchen table makes up for it.
A Vagabond Sunrise Coffee
Coffee included! (Bring your own cream) You can’t miss the quintessential camper van moment of drinking coffee in bed while overlooking your newly discovered incredible view! I stock you with some of my favorite fresh local roasted beans.
Power Freedom
600 Amp Hour Lithium Batteries and 1500 Watt Inverter will give you a comfortable amount of usable power.. Though conscious use of capacity is still recommended.
Re-charge up the system in 3 ways:
1) 400 Watts Roof Solar Panels (automatically)
2) 30 Amp Vehicle Alternator While Driving (automatically)
3) 120v Shore Power Plug In (shore plug charges battery but does not directly create unlimited power) You can plug in at a campground or into the generator.
Power Use Mindfulness
Air conditioner, induction cooktop, inverter-using appliances consume the most power. The refrigerator uses a decent bit too. Everything else is very minimal. (lights, phone charging)
Conscious and efficient use will optimize your power capacity enjoyment. Things like keeping an eye on power level when using the Air Conditioner, being mindful of leaving fridge door open, and turning off the inverter when not needed will go a long ways. Leave high power or high heat appliances at home, and follow these tips, and you’ll have plenty of power for your needs.

Generator
Back-up generator is included, with unlimited hours, though rarely, if ever, used.
Air Conditioner
New roof-mount Air Conditioner right above the bed blows nice cool air and will keep you comfortable, though do know that it’s not quite as powerful as most regular household ACs. It runs on DC electricity directly off the battery bank and does require some mindfulness with power usage to keep you in good shape. You can run it from a remote with various settings. Separate vehicle cab heater & AC work great on the road but not for use when stationary.
Heater
Heater furnace is gasoline powered directly from the vehicle gas tank. Operate it from a phone app. Uses almost no power. Heats the space pretty quickly with nice hot airflow.
Toilet Bucket Kit
Toilet is a non-built-in bucket toilet kit. It has a toilet seat and double bag system. Throw away bags after use. No need to deal with black water tank. Return kit empty and sanitized to avoid extra cleaning charges. Bags, toilet paper, and a pop up privacy tent for outdoor use are included.

Home- Built Charm
Being a unique home built van, once in a while, troubleshooting can become needed. I always do my best to help make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible. And welcome any communication or questions. And love to hear your insights upon return, cause I’m always tinkering with improvements.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Contactless pick up / drop off with a van orientation document and video is the default way I do hand-off. And I'm always happy to answer questions. And if other accommodations for pickup up/drop off are preferred or needed just ask. Times listed are a default placeholder. We can adapt plans as needed. Your personal vehicle can be left at the property while you are on your trip.
Delivery
Delivery is available. Select Airport or Train Station delivery in Add-Ons or just reach out for other locations , and we'll figure it out. I’ll need to adapt it around my work schedule…So, with flexibility, it's an option. With the airport I generally do contactless drop/pick up in the overnight parking. There is a fee for delivery, based on what I need to make it pencil out.
Mileage for your Exploration
150 miles per day is totaled up for your mileage allowance included with your trip. Overage is not a problem, but is $0.38/ mile charged after return. Van is not 4x4. No offroading. Well maintained dirt roads are ok.

Pricing Transparency
I receive payment for the nightly rate only minus 25% that goes to the Booking Platform. I do not charge a separate additional cleaning fee. My nightly base rate is $195, and the Booking Platform automatically adjusts my nightly rate up or down 10% (approx $20) for high or low seasons, etc. All other charges in your booking total are charged by the Booking Platform for taxes, fees, and insurance packages. I’ve seen them usually land around $100/day, based on options you select. And I know, unfortunately, that it does add up. I try to keep my own portion of your cost as fair to the value and market as possible.
