Sit back, relax, and experience road trip freedom in Mrs. Tasha, my cherished DIY custom-built 2018 Ram ProMaster 2500 High Roof camper van. Tons of thought, work, art, and love went into making her very functional, comfortable, and beautiful - perfect for outdoor adventures, work-cations, or satisfying your van-life curiosities.

Comfort - Bed, Couch Bed, Hammock
Two people, or a solo traveler, fit very comfortably in the full size bed with plush pillows and comforter. Attach the van hammock to the frame hooks and make time for that book you've been meaning to read while you listen to the ocean waves.
Freedom - Power, Water, Cooking
Self contained solar electrical system powers a plug-in for charging devices, lights, TV, water pump, and stand up fridge/ freezer. With conscious energy use, its all I ever need; leave home anything with high power or a heating element like blow dryer or electric kettle. Theres 40 gallons of fresh water and a 40 gallon gray tank. Propane powered cooking stove, kitchen sink and back-outdoor shower w/ hot water.
Exploration Mileage
150 miles per day is added for a total mileage allowance included with your the trip. Overage is not a problem, but is $0.38/ mile charged after return.
Generator
Back-up generator is included, with unlimited hours, though rarely, if ever, used.
Toilet Bucket Kit
No built in toilet or black water tank. A handy toilet kit includes a bucket with a bag and a toilet seat. Throw away bags after use. Return it empty and sanitized to avoid charges. Bags and toilet paper included.
Pets Are Welcome
Please select the required $75 pet cleaning fee. If there is pet damage, or pets brought without approval, $ will have to come out of your deposit.

Being a home built van, once in a while, troubleshooting can become needed. I always do my best to help make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Times listed are a placeholder and we can connect to see what time works best. Your vehicle can be left at the property while youre on your trip. Contactless pick up / drop off is preferred. Please do reach out and ask if other accommodations regarding pickup up/drop off are needed.

Road & Vehicle
- Van is NOT 4x4 Wheel Drive, so no off-roading. Maintained dirt or gravel roads are fine.
- Towing can be allowed with a message to me, and select the Add On charge.
- Pets Welcomed, but fee required, select the Add On charge.
- No cigarette smoke in or near van. Enjoy the herb though.
- Please no idling the engine for extended time.
- NO rooftop access.
Your Safety
- Use propane hot water heater on back door with proper ventilation
- Smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers there for your safety
- Enjoy the festivals, but be sober before you drive. Extend your trip if you need to.
- Van has tracking for insurance purposes. It records gps, speed, location, engine stats, and any vehicle impact. Used only for abuse and accident situations.
Van Return Condition Requested:
- All trash emptied and disposed of. No toilet mess.
- Grey water dumped. (No need to refill fresh water)
- Please remove all personal belongings.
- Van gasoline refueled to starting level.
*I may charge from your deposit if these are not done or for any excessive cleaning, vehicle misuse, reckless driving, mechanical negligence, exterior or interior damage.
- Have fun! And also please treat the van with care and respect as if it were your own.
