Spare tire carrier. 
Used it for a few years on our 4runner. But we have since moved onto an RV for camping. 

This has the high-lift jack mounting bracket 
The Rotopax dual canister mount 
Also has a custom fitted front runner slide out table 
Lift and Rotopax are Not included. 

Over $2,200 invested in this setup and it works wonderfully for us.
