Valley Industries Swing Out Spare Tire Carrier.  Fits most GM GMT[hidden information] Yukon, Tahoe, Suburban and trucks.  Swings out of the way to open doors or tailgate, Heavy Duty mounts to the Frame and Bumper (not the body).  Has mounting hardware and brackets.  Good condition, came off a 1993 GMC K2500, I use the vehicle for towing so needed to remove it.
