Like new Spare tire 2” hitch mount with multiple accessories mounts. The spare tire, High-lift jack and rotopax ARE NOT INCLUDED. 
The best thing about this swingout spare tire carrier is that it fits any 2” hitch. It also has 2 additional hitches for a bike carrier and the lower hitch; you can connect a trailer (5500lbs capacity). I have a 35” spare tire currently mounted. It comes with an anti-wobble connection that works great.
