This has been used maybe a dozen times, no pets, smoking, tears, rips, holes. The only flaw is the outer cover is a bit faded and scratched up but still keeps the tent completely dry and dust free. 

The bed bars can be sold separate if need be, only missing one piece of hardware for them but they are sturdy as can be.
