This is a great awning for overlanding and camping. This was an upgrade from a flimsy REI trunk awning and it handled all bad weather sturdily (was $400). Easy set-up and break down with the stow it cover system. Used one season and has a quarter size hole near left end on outer Stow It cover. Easy install to a side rail or roof rack. UV50+ rating - 4m2/43ft2 of coverage is provided by a CPAI-84 compliant (fire standard), mould resistant ripstop fabric. You can also purchase the side wall or extension for more covered space and sun protection.
