Purchased this on marketplace about a month ago. Near perfect tent, only flaw is one of the straps are broken but it does not affect the function of the tent whatsoever. Slept in it once, the guy before me said he never even mounted it, stored it in his garage. 
Comes with ladder and gfc puff pad and all necessary hardware to mount.
