2018 Forest River No Boundaries 10.5 Offroad travel trailer with title in hand.  

Comes with Air Max Fan, 3x Rhino Rack Crossbars, 2 burner stove top, Slide-out kitchen, Pantry, propane tank, 16 in Cooper Discoverer LT215/65R16 Tires, 2x deep cycle batteries, 30-gallon water tank with pump, and QD Connect w/ hose.  

Includes potable water hose, filter and check valve.  Also include shore power connection with adapter for single phase 120v.  

I am the first owner and estimate about 20k miles on the trailer, mostly highway.  Offroading with the trailer has been generally lite; typically boondocking in fields during festivals, national forrests, and private property.  

There is typical and expected wear and tear.  Interior has scuffs and wear marks in high use areas such as shelves and ward.  Overall trailer is in good working condition with no damage to the exterior.  There are no leaks and no water damage. Electrical and plumbing are all in working order.  

Compared to how the trailer was new, it differs in the following ways: 
- Dometic refrigerator is not included.  Space on the slideout and electrical connections are ready for a replacement. 
- Original foam matress has been replaced with a Hest bi-fold mattress (much more comfortable for sleeping)
- Original spare tire mount cracked at a weld while on the road.  Was strengthed with heavier gauge steel tubing and welded back together.
- Steel angle iron has been affixed across the frame to support the 30-gallon water tank better will transporting with water in the tank.
- Bolt-on 2" hitch has been added (used for lite duty puposes such as cargo tray)
- Included is a briefcase style solar panel and folding kitchen/sink table (if wanted) that was a particularily practical setup while cooking alongside the slide out kitchen.  
- Smoke detector previously broke and was removed.  Will need to be replaced.
