I bought this tent new about 3 years ago. It is stored in the garage and only goes on the Jeep during camp trips. Blackout technology (it’s pitch black inside during the day of you want it to be). Two sunroofs, full rain cover, annex with zip in floor (floor not in photos), boot bag, stakes and accessories etc. Built in memory foam mattress. This is the Walkabout 72 so it’s 72 inches wide and 96 inches long interior space. All windows and doors have screens and an additional blackout zip up window/door. The tent is in great shape with no rips or tears in the fabric. It’s been very well taken care of and is ready for a new home. My family needs are changing so this one has to go. I am asking 2300 for the tent, annex, and accessories, but I’m flexible
