Up for sale we have a very good used 2021 Rockwood 1640 ESP off-road Edition.
The the canvas had one little hole in the top but has been repaired. There is some wear marks and discoloration on the canvas near the door also as shown in photos.
Comes with sink, water heater, indoor and outdoor table portable stove that can connect inside or outside.
Full size and queen bed and also the table turns into a bed.
Does not have bathroom.
Has air conditioner and heater which both work has an outdoor awning which we have never used.
Fridge works and also has an electric jack up front.
Has connections for an outdoor shower. Has roof rack two propane tanks and a new spare tire.
