We've had this pop up for about two years now and it served us well. There is some minor damage to the awning sleeve, but the awning is still operable. 

Getting rid of it since we had to upgrade due to our family size. 

There is still money owed so our bill of sale will include a title transfer section upon receipt of title from bank after payoff.
