Very clean inside and out and has electrical and water hookup that can be used with the water tank or city water. Includes two 6-volt batteries (no propane). 12-volt TV with built-in DVD player, satellite, and quality stereo with speakers inside and in the galley. Two doors, rooftop fan, very cozy inside and gets you off the ground for super easy camping.
