2019 Homebuilt teardrop

I am looking to sell my teardrop style camper. It is a homebuilt camper that I finished in 2019. I've used it every year since completion. Our family has grown so we upgraded to a bigger camper. The camper has a queen mattress so it will sleep two adults and at least one dog. It comes with an ARB awning and ARB awning room to provide some extra privacy. It has a 15 gallon fresh water tank with sink in the rear, and a small grey water tank built in but has two external tanks as expansion tanks. The camper is 12 volt only with a 120v outlet on the side for shore power, that runs the 12v converter. 
The camper is not fully insulated but there is some insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling. This camper doesn't have any heat built in but my wife and I have camped as late as late October early November with it without heat comfortably. 

The camper has a clean Colorado title.
