Base Trailer

XVENTURE XV-2 (dry weight ~1,200 lbs, 3,500 lbs GVWR, 17.5" ground clearance). ALL-aluminum construction featuring Schutt Industries' patented Alcoa “Huck Bolts” — massive alloy rivets, with no welded structural joints to fatigue. The upper “elevating” rack lowers for travel for the best towing and gas mileage, then raises on gas struts to full height when camping. One-person operation.

Bed Measurements

A massive 89" deep with the tailgate closed, and 49" between the wheel wells — meaning you can haul 4' x 8' sheets of plywood and similar with ease.

Roof Top Tent

San Jima super low-profile hard-shell, aluminum construction. Only 160 lbs and just 4.5" tall when closed. Comfortably sleeps two. Comes standard with mattress, telescoping ladder, boot/shoe storage bag, interior LED lighting, plenty of interior storage pockets, full zippered screens and blackout covers, and a star-gazing moon roof.

Awning

ARB Touring awning with aluminum case and LED lighting strips. Size 2500 x 2500 (8' 2" x 8' 2"). No bag or zippers — just a sealed aluminum case for easy one-person set-up.

Kitchen Galley

Includes both the stock OEM folding welded-aluminum table unit and a custom 56" x 14.5" deep x 1/2" thick HDPE cutting-board prep table. The HDPE unit is considerably lighter and stows perfectly against the front wall of the trailer bed; the OEM aluminum unit is heavier and more cumbersome to set up and stow.

Water System

22-gallon fresh water tank with skid plate, on-demand Camp Chef Triton propane water heater, quick-release rear faucet, and quick-release front 8 ft shower hose.

Refrigeration

Euhomy 59-quart 12V fridge.

Power

Odyssey AGM 75-PC 1230 “house” battery mated to a Goal Zero Yeti 400 power bank. NOCO Genius 2D battery charge controller. Solar-ready plug-and-play system with easy-access fuse panel. Waterproof exterior outlets/plugs for attaching to shore power, solar panels, and battery charging.

Storage

Lockable hard folding tonneau cover, Line-X coated bed, and a massive front nose box with three compartments (battery/power bank/fuse panel, storage, and fridge). The bed features a fold-down tailgate that can also be fully removed if needed.

Propane

20-gallon tank with military-grade LP lines.

Lighting

Factory-installed lighting system including Baja Designs Rock lights (ground under trailer), 4 cargo-bed lights, and rear-of-trailer lighting. Various additional lights illuminate the front box, rear ladder area, and kitchen prep area. Additional USB and cigarette-lighter ports in the front box and rear cargo bed.

Suspension

3,500-lb Dexter torsion axle with electric brakes.

Wheels / Tires

Upgraded alloy wheels to match the Ineos Grenadier 6 x 130 bolt pattern. Two additional 5-spoke OEM Jeep 17" x 5 x 127 bolt-pattern wheels and spacers come with the trailer. Tires: fresh Cooper Discoverer LT255/75/17 S/T Maxx all-terrain.

• Custom front-of-rooftop-tent air deflector/spoiler.
