1998 Chevrolet Suburban

For your consideration, this super-clean classic Suburban was originally from Grand Junction, Colorado. The second owners were in St. Paul, Minnesota. They purchased it in/around 1996 and used it during the warmer seasons to run back and forth to their lake house. We purchased it in 2016 with 109,000 miles and have used it for a handful of camping trips up into Canada and down through the southeast (never used in winter). 
It's always been garage kept and it shows. There is no body rot whatsoever. 
It's set up as a camping vehicle currently using premium products and with a custom built sleeping platform in the back, which can be easily removed if a third row of seats is preferred (included). The platform was installed without compromise to the interior panels or carpet (compression fit, no screws, bolts, etc.). It sleeps four comfortably with two in the back and two in the rooftop tent and offers plenty of storage for additional gear under the sleeping platform and on the roof rack. 
The interior is beautiful. All gauges and lights work as they should. The dashboard and headliner look brand new. There is no evidence of anyone ever having smoked in this vehicle. 
The engine always starts right up and it purrs. No smoke whatsoever. I have spare belts, hoses, headlamps, and universal joints that are included as well. 
Please take the time to look at all the pictures. I've made every effort to document the known issues and represent them in the photos. Overall, this vehicle speaks for itself. You don't see original square-body Chevys in this good condition very often, if at all.  I can send more pics / video upon request.
