- Power steering pump resealed, trunion bearing rebuilt, front and rear brakes done within last 1k miles. 
- No rust or active leaks from engine / trans 
- Falken Wildpeaks with 3k miles 
- Has spent most of its life in California. 
- Ordered OEM AC line to fix refrigerant leak, currently on back order. (I’ll give parts to the buyer when they come in.)
- Heater core leaks a little into passenger footwell.
- Exhaust leak from down pipes shown on last slide, was quoted around $300 to have it repaired.
