The annex adds a large enclosed area underneath the tent, which is great for changing, storing gear, pets, or additional protected space. The thermal liner provides additional insulation for cold-weather camping and makes the setup much more versatile throughout the year.

The tent has only been used around 10 times and is in very good overall condition. There is normal cosmetic wear/dirt on the exterior travel cover from being mounted and stored, but the tent itself has been well cared for.
