Overall in great shape, it’s listed as a two person model but could easily accommodate a small family of 4. The ladder had a few plastic clips break as seen in the photos. Still usable and easily replaceable. This setup runs about $3,000 new. Listing for $1,000 firm. Others on the market for the same price don’t include the $500 add on annex.
