Good condition, no rips or tears. It does have minor hail damage on the top when folded up, but it doesn’t affect any functionality. No mold or mildew inside.

Comes with mounting hardware and ladder.

I’ve used this many times and have always taken care of it, but I’m going a different direction with my next build.
