-Zip-In Annex 3-sided with attachable Zip-In PCV floor included (Never Used - NEW). We did not set this up when taking pictures. We are willing to set it up when you come, but it will take some time. It has never been used.
-Thule Wingbar Load Bars Optional (can negotiate).

All zippers, mesh, fabric - no rips or tears. There are a few scratches in the tent where the light shines through, but the integrity of the tent is not affected. We have been in rainstorms with no issues. Pictures of this damage have been included. There are also some scuffs on the protective cover and little fraying of one of the straps. See pics. I was only able to show one of the scuff marks due to Facebooks limitation on pics.

One rung of the ladder doesn't function properly - we haven't had any problems with this, but it could potentially smash fingers or feet if you aren't careful (wear shoes when climbing the ladder). Pictures of this damage are included, including a video.

Currently sold as Thule Tepui Explorer Kukenam model. $2400 new if you want to look it up more for similar prices, specs, reviews etc.

To pick up, you must have fully load-bearing load bars already installed on your car, and a minimum of 4 people to remove it from our car. It weighs about 200 lbs and must be held above the head to uninstall/install. If you do not have proper side rails and load bars or enough people to help you remove and install it when you come to see it, you will be turned away at the door.
