Provides detailed instructional resources. Kent provides online video tutorials and an in-van "How-tos" folder for system operation. He is highly communicative, responsive to questions, and helpful with trip planning and issues, making pickup/drop-off seamless.
Drives like a regular car. The van drives easily, handles like a car, maneuvers and parks well, and has enough power for traffic and mountain roads. It features a comfortable layout, a stove/oven, dual fridge/freezer, diesel heater, and solar power for off-grid camping.
