Responsive, helpful, and accommodating host. Preston is praised for being super helpful, friendly, and very responsive. He provides detailed instructions and videos, thoroughly explains van features, and even offered emergency assistance by picking up the van near a hospital.

It's well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, featuring a cozy bed, fridge, excellent stove, heater, storage, sink, hot shower, and robust electrical system, with many thoughtful extras.
