Used 5 times total and stored in garage, in very new like condition with microbial floor, 3” gel pad that folds up with tent(super comfy).. it’s on the side of my house current covered for sale purpose. My wife and I could only stand camping once a year and this was the last time we will camp. The tent will demonstrate the little use.
