Selling my original Tepui rooftop tent with the full lower annex/changing room, which attaches beneath the extended portion of the tent and creates a huge enclosed space for changing, gear storage, dogs, etc.

This has been an AWESOME tent and has been used on some incredible camping trips throughout Colorado, but we've moved on to a camper van and simply don't need it anymore.

Condition is excellent:

No tears or holes
No broken or damaged zippers
All windows/screens are in excellent condition
Fabric and tent body are in excellent shape
Includes the detachable lower annex/changing room
Built-in mattress
Telescoping ladder
Rainfly
Travel cover w/ minor holes repaired with patches

The only known missing item is one approximately 3-foot steel awning/window pole used to extend one of the small window shades. It does not affect the operation of the tent itself and should be inexpensive/easy to replace.

The annex is one of my favorite features. When the tent is mounted high enough on an SUV or truck, it creates a completely enclosed room underneath the extended sleeping platform—great for changing clothes, storing bikes/gear, or creating additional protected space at camp.
