SuNamu (수나무) means “water tree” in Korean, a name chosen in memory of my mom, who loved to travel, fish, and immerse herself in nature’s beauty. Like her, this van is built for adventure, offering a perfect blend of comfort and rugged charm to take you wherever the road leads.

Your rental includes everything you need for a comfortable journey:

Important Rental Information:
SuNamu is only equipped with two seatbelts. The passenger seat cannot accommodate child safety seats. Therefore, only a larger child or adult may accompany the driver.
Fuel Policy: Please return the van with a full tank. If you’d rather not worry about refueling, I can handle it for you for an additional fee.
Portable Toilet Use: If you use the emergency toilet, please follow all instructions and clean/dispose of waste before returning the van. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if this is not done.
Pet-Friendly Travel
-$100 pet fee applies.
-Pets must be up to date on vaccinations (including rabies).
-Pets must be flea & tick-free.
-No unattended pets inside the van at any time.
No smoking or drug use inside the van.
-A professional cleaning fee (specialist’s charge + $100 service fee) will apply if smoke or drug use is detected.
Additional Responsibilities & Protection:
Damage & Protection:
-Renters must purchase Outdoorsy’s Damage Protection Plan for added interior protection.
-Any overages, damages, or cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
Tolls, Tickets & Roadside Issues:
-Renters are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, or impounds (even if the notice arrives after the deposit is released).
-Tire damage is the renter’s responsibility unless deemed a manufacturer defect.
-Roadside Assistance: If you experience a breakdown, call the insurer’s roadside assistance and notify me immediately. Do not attempt repairs on your own.
Routine Maintenance: Renters are responsible for checking engine oil, tire pressure, and coolant levels at refueling stops.
