Studio in Encinitas (on wheels!), 4x4 camper van

2015 Camper 4x4 by Quigley, 3500 LS, 4.8L, 293CI with factory towing package. Clean title in my name, new registration, no fee’s, smogged, no mech/elec issues. Comes with everything you need including new ecoflow battery, new fridge, ladder, extra car battery, huge firepit, decked drawers etc etc. Perfect for beach trips, camping, travel, save money on rent or on your property to rent out, baja trips, burning man etc. Still on the fence to be honest if we should sell this practical van we used to travel across the country. Owned for many years but got too busy with our business. It has a fresh new camper build, not being slept in! Van is in excellent condition, drives strong but has higher mileage. Always maintained at same shop, so a good place to ask about the condition. Has rear view camera, solar panel with battery, shower pan (inside!), kitchen with running water, swivel chair, portable fridge, large and/or small mattres, black out screens etc all included. We’re only selling because things got busy work related. No issues, great condition, 242k mainly highway miles by original company who owned it first and by ourselves. The van doesn’t show signs of issues anytime soon. Reasonable offers please, a lot of effort into this build. Recently appraised for $35k by insurance company, not in a rush to sell and no help needed. Pretty firm on price but open for trades incl crypto, cayenne first picture can be added if needed since it’s also for sale cuz we’re getting latest electric model let me know.
