FOR MAY THRU OCTOBER BOOKINGS- At 45 days prior to your departure, you will be sent training materials. They are designed to prepare you for the BEST outcome on YOUR roadtrip. Kindly do your reading:) If you need to cancel your dates, do so now. Your refund will be 25% of the dollars booked(minus taxes and fees) If you just need to postpone or change your dates, THERE IS NO PENALTY to DO SO. You have 24 months to reschedule your trip For Winter and Early Spring travel or dates within 30 days from your booking, you can RESCHEDULE, no penalty GIFT your dollars spent to another person, no penalty FORFEIT 50% and just cancel up to 14 nights prior to your orientation

Be honest in all ways
Always drive awake, attentive and sober
Perform all coach operations as instructed; and move slower in the van to avoid making mindless and costly mistakes.

Returning with Damage and failing to notify the owner AT THE TIME IT HAPPENS(Parts may need to be ordered, and the next guest is always negatively effected.
