Bought used. Used for 6 nights and handled it perfectly. Slept two adults, 7/5 year old kids, and a 45lb dog.

Selling it because it's too small now that the kids are bigger and getting a smaller tent.

The great:
This is more comfortable than some hotels I've stayed in.
Easy to setup and teardown, hardest part is D rings.
Cheap replacement parts that are still available.
Garage kept when not in use!

The not so great:
The tape on the rainfly is letting go. The tent was still waterproof last weekend during continuous rain all night long.
It's heavy.

If it's up, it's available. If you don't waste my time, I'm more likely to negotiate lower!

I do have a pulley system to help mount it.
