Mattress inside is 92" by 55", 2.5 inch memory foam mattress. As wide as a full-size mattress, but longer. Easily fits 2 adults and a child, can fit 3 adults.
Missing one of the six buckles on the rainfly (came that way and hasn't affected use). Missing the rainfly poles. Has some wear-and-tear.
Includes mounting hardware, extra extension for the ladder, and LED strip light that velcroes to the inside roof (connect to battery pack with USB).
