Responsive and thorough communicator. Charles (Charlie) is highly responsive, easy to work with, provides excellent communication, and offers thorough vehicle walkthroughs.

Easy driving, well-equipped. The van is easy, fun, and drives well, even on mountain roads, with good gas mileage. It's well-stocked (kitchen, linens), comfortable, and clean. Features include a pop-top, heater, and snow tires. Minor issues: wipers, brake squeak; some desired a generator.
