* Schedule permitting, vehicle delivery/pick-up is available for $4.00 /mile.
* Standard cleaning is included. For above and beyond cleaning there will be a $150 charge.
* Please notify us prior to your trip if you will be traveling to an area with freezing temperatures. In order to avoid damage due to frozen plumbing and/or water pump, it's possible we may need to restrict water usage during your trip.

FREE CANCELLATIONS: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up until 31 days before the scheduled trip. 75% REFUND: For cancellations made between 30 and 8 days prior to the trip, a 75% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. 50% REFUND: Cancellations made within 7 days leading up to the trip will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

FUEL: As a reminder, these vehicles take diesel fuel ONLY. Please plan your trip accordingly. The vehicle must be returned on a full tank.
SMOKING: All types of smoking are NOT allowed in or around the vehicle. There will be an added fee if there is evidence of smoking.
FESTIVALS: Taking the vehicle to music festivals (especially Burning Man) is NOT allowed. There will be an added fee if the vehicle has been taken to a music festival.
OFF-ROADING: We want to be renting epic vans for a long time, and as you can imagine, off-roading can decrease the longevity of our vehicles. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us directly.
BOUNDARIES: To remain in good standing with our insurance policy, our vehicles must remain inside the United States at all times.
TOWING: Towing vehicles or other equipment behind our vehicles is NOT permitted.
