Meet Scoutmaster Doug, a 2024 Winnebago Solis 59PX for easy adventures

Scoutmaster Doug is a 2024 Winnebago Solis 59PX camper van. He parks like a regular vehicle but is set up for real road trips. He’s a great fit for first-time van renters, couples, and small families who want comfort without the stress of driving a big rig. He sleeps 4, seats 4 with seat belts, and comes stocked so you can show up and go.

Sleeping for 4:
- Murphy bed in the back
- Pop-top roof bed with plenty of headroom, great views, and good ventilation

Bathroom and shower:
- Wet bath with a cassette toilet and an indoor shower
- Outdoor shower option for rinsing off sandy feet, muddy pups, and beach gear

Gear space:
- The 59PX has an extended rear section with hangers and anchors to secure bikes, boards, and other gear.

Easy to drive:
- Doug is built on a Ram ProMaster chassis with a gas V6 engine, so he drives like a large van rather than an RV. He runs on regular gas and fits in most standard campsites.

Pets and pickup:
- Pets are welcome. A pet cleaning fee applies.
- Airport pickup and delivery are available for an added fee.

House rules:
- No smoking or vaping
