Highly accommodating and responsive. Sam met guests for pre-booking checks, rushed AC repairs, was flexible with schedules, and provided exceptional communication. He anticipates needs, making the rental process smooth and stress-free.

Driving is very easy. The van comes fully stocked with essentials like comfortable beds, linens, and cooking tools. Minor issues noted include a leaky passenger door, a worn bathroom door latch, and tables not staying stowed.
