Durable Roofnest Condor XL rooftop tent with a matching annex room. Everything works exactly as it should. The tent is 4 years old and has seen plenty of adventures, but it has always been well-maintained and taken care of.

The Condor XL comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with room for more if you don’t mind getting cozy. It offers plenty of sleeping space and is ideal for camping, overlanding, and weekend adventures.

Features:
* Weather-resistant synthetic fabric.
* Built-in interior lighting in both the main tent and annex.
* Dimmable lights, all in excellent working condition.
* Matching annex that adds a ton of enclosed space underneath the tent.
* Large annex with zippered doors and windows.
* Telescoping aluminum ladder for easy access.
* All original hardware included.

Dimensions and Specifications:
* Exterior (closed): 74” L × 55” W × 13” H
* Interior (open): 93” L × 74” W
* Maximum headroom (open): 50”
* Weight: 160 lbs

Once you’ve set it up a couple of times, the tent is very easy to assemble. The annex is a huge bonus, providing extra room for pets, gear, or simply a place to relax and get out of the elements. Adding a carpet or mat to the annex makes it especially comfortable, allowing you to walk in and out barefoot.

All zippers work perfectly, and everything needed for setup is included.

I’ll continue using it on weekend trips until it sells or the snow arrives. I’m also more than happy to walk the buyer through the setup process to make sure they’re comfortable with everything.

A great setup for camping, overlanding, and anyone looking to make the most of their outdoor adventures.
