Selling a 4 year old, Roofnest Condor Overland XL in great condition. I'm selling it for a friend.

Slept in only 10-12 nights total. Other than some exterior (shell) cosmetic damage, the tent is in amazing shape. Interior is perfect.

This burly setup sleeps 3-4 people or 2 people and 2 dogs comfortably. It comes with built in storage pockets, LED lights, 2 side screen doors, a "sunroof" with screen & window and the main entrance that doubles as a screen door. Telescopic, lightweight ladder is also built in. I have all of the mounting hardware, tools, key, original owners manual and original mattress. It also comes with an aftermarket, closed-cell air mattress. Both mattresses are in perfect condition.

The tent itself is very easy to setup and put away. I had never set one up before and had it good to go in about 3 minutes.
