Provided thorough, flexible support. Joanne and her husband gave thorough, unhurried walkthroughs, were super responsive, flexible, and available for questions, even handling a minor accidental scratch.
Maneuverable and easy to park. The van was clean, reliable, comfortable, fully equipped with everything needed, had comfortable beds, and ample room without being too big, allowing it to fit in most parking lots.
