Communicates well, provides instruction. Martin is easy to communicate with, extremely nice, and offers thorough walkthroughs and instructions, making the rental process straightforward.

Clean, functional, well-prepped. The camper is consistently reported as very clean, prepped, and fully functional with no leaks. The dining table is flimsy when converted to a bed, making it ideal for 2 people.

• Please no off-roading.
• You cannot ride in a trailer coach (travel trailer) while it's being towed.

• Please no paper products or heavy debris in toilet or shower.
• Wash off sand with outdoor faucet before showering inside.
• No roughhousing inside trailer.
• If something doesn't work Please call host don't try to fix it.
• AC and microwave will run with generator or campground 30 amp hookups, fridge and stove can run off propane.
