Rice is a custom built 2020 RAM Promaster 2500 van. The build has cutting edge digital nomad life style in mind, it's more modern than most of the houses.
The van is self sustainable, no electric or water hookups are needed on daily basis. Water needs to be added once every a few days. Electric is self sustainable by solar panels and inverter.

When driving roll up the curtain on the sliding door, otherwise some spots are not visible at some traffic patterns.

Please keep the sink strainer in place all the time. Things go into grey water tank will damage drainage system and the cost will be on the renters.

Please make sure all the loose items are in drawers, and all the drawers clipped before driving. Damages caused by loose items will be on the renters.
Please use biodegradable detergent so the grey water is environmentally friendly.
