• Safe Distance: Maintain extra following distance for braking
• Height Awareness: Always check clearance heights - the 12LRK is ~8ft tall.
• Turns and Maneuvering: Take wide turns; avoid tight parking lots unless confident.
• Hitch Safety: Double-check the hitch, safety chains, and brake connection at every stop.

• 3)Roads and Terrain
• Paved highways and maintained gravel roads only
• No extreme off-roading- Outdoorsy insurance does not cover damage caused off maintained roads.
• Avoid Deep sand, Mud, or unmarked trails- you'll be responsible for recovery costs if stuck.

• 4) Campsite & Parking
• Always level the trailer before using stabilizers, fridge, or galley kitchen.
• Use provided wheel chocks every time you park.
• Disconnect from tow vehicle if staying overnight- safer for you and the trailer.
• Do not park under low hanging branches or in areas prone to flooding.

• 5) Weight and Loading
• Keep total weight under GVWR 2200lbs
• Distribute weight evenly- heavier items should go low and over the axle.
