This is a passenger van for rent. It is meant to be rented as a passenger van but I would remove seats and add camping gear like sleeping pads and camp kitchen set if someone wanted to rent it as a bare bones camper. In the photos you'll see its in the 11 seat configuration because it makes it easier for people to access the back rows. That is the third row and there is a gap, between the two seats you can see and the third one that is not installed, for accessing the 4th row.
It seats 12 and still has a large 40" deep space behind those seats for stuff. I can also remove different rows of seats to make space for sleeping as follows.
4th row removed would leaves 7 or 8 seats total (depending on configuration wanted) and gives 54"x75" actual floor space between wheel wells.
3rd and 4th row removed would leave 5 seats total and 54"X 102" (8.5ft).
camp kitchen set would include a jet boil, pot and pan adapter, plates, utensils, wash bin, wiener roasting sticks, cups, axe, and camp chairs. Note that the camping kit would ad $10/night as an add on.
sleeping bags are available for rent from local gear shops.
it also has a 2" hitch and there is a couple places in town that rent bike racks for $20-$40/day if your looking to hit the trails.
