--2026 Bookings: Unfortunately WeGone Van has likely reached then end of its journey. In late 2025 our van was severely damaged on a rental, through no fault of the renters. Outdoorsy refuses to cover the damage - despite tens of thousands of dollars in insurance premiums paid by renters over 5 years of perfect rentals - and is offering a fraction of the van's value that will not come close to replacing it or completely repairing it. If and when circumstances change, the booking calendar will be reopened. --

We've enjoyed the van from coast to coast and now are ready to share it with you for wherever you want to go. I hand built the van myself to have the ideal layout for working from the road, having a comfy place to sleep, and being able to cook good food. I also built it with rental in mind, investing in premium systems and accessories to make it as easy as possible to use.

WeGoneVan lives in Minnesota in the summer, and enjoys winters in Florida.

No hookups are required for this camper so you can be completely off-grid or boondock as much as you want. The flexibility this gives you is amazing and is truly difficult to appreciate until you're exhausted, it's late at night and you can simply pull over at the nearest rest area or Wal-Mart and be done driving for the rest of the night.
